My recent weekend wanderlust of Cancale reminded me of all of the beautiful photos I took on our weekend visiting the quaint fishing village. The oysters, flower shops, Brittany coast shoreline, and bolangeries were without a doubt unforgettable but it were the windowsills which captured my heart. Full of flowers, sailboats, candy colored windowpanes and lace curtains, here are just a few of my favorites….
Many of these are even small B&B’s where you can rent rooms for the night; right by the sea. When visiting Cancale, I think I’ll still always stay at Les Maisons de Bricourt opened and run by Jane & Olivier Roellinger. Read more about the Relais & Chateaux hotel in BRIGHT LIGHTS PARIS.
